In this summit, participants will:
- Explore the history of race, schooling, and academic identity to better understand the root causes of present-day educational inequities
- Engage with contemporary scholarship in the field of race and equity and gain the necessary tools to address these historical legacies in your school context.
- Develop mindsets and tools for engaging in equity-based work, and increase their confidence and capacity to lead colleagues through these necessary conversations.
Taking place over three days, this summit offers a real-time, interactive online classroom where participants will connect in facilitated whole- and small-group sessions.
