Kelly Christian is the Director of Strategy and Membership at the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Prior to her work at NEASC, she was VP of Operations at the Middle States Association. Kelly helps schools and organizations move forward on their journey of continuous improvement through self-assessment and peer review. She has more than a decade of experience in accreditation, with an advanced degree in nonprofit management (MS Non-Profit Leadership, University of Pennsylvania) and a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University. Kelly has strong cross-cultural competencies, with work experience in more than 30 countries, both with governmental and non-governmental organizations. Her strengths include relationship building, organizational dynamics, and strategic thinking.
