Technology Services and Support Manager
Bill Gabriel is the Technology Services and Support Manager for VHS. Bill has over 20 years' experience in Information Technology including leading IT teams, Infrastructure design, Project Management, and Application and System Analysis. Bill leads the technology services team that is responsible for administration and support of all online systems, including courseware, school and student information, and sales and marketing tools and technology. The team is also responsible for overseeing all hardware and technology in support of in-house and tele-commuting staff and technical instruction and training for staff and customers. Bill also serves as chief privacy officer on behalf of VHS and provides guidance to VHS staff as well as fielding inquiries related to privacy and security from participants and prospects. Prior to joining VHS, Bill was the Manager of Global Network Operation Center Systems for American Tower Inc. which monitors IoT assets in over 14 countries. He has received his Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Economics from Quinnipiac University and also holds a Master of Science Information Technology from Quinnipiac University.
