Earn High School and College Credit
We're excited to offer students access to college credit that is transferrable to UMASS Amhherst, and other universities throughout the nation, through a new partnership with Anne Arundel Community College (AACC)!
Enrollment is currently open for Introduction to Psychology, through AACC for the fall 2018 semester. Students who enroll through VHS are eligible to take this college-level course, and earn three college credits for just $599.

PSY 111 - Introduction to Psychology
3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term.
Psychology is a particularly interesting subject that touches every aspect of our lives.
In this course, you will learn how complexities of behavior are studied scientifically. You will survey a vast array of topics studied by psychologists ranging from brain functioning, development, abnormal disorders, motivation, emotions and group behavior while introducing you to the field’s central principles and discoveries.
